Karla | Barre Instructor
Karla has been teaching Barre locally for over a year now and has been devoted student for 10 years. She has been dancing since the age of 6 and has practiced many forms throughout the years.
Since arriving in NZ, having 2 children who are now 5 & 3, she embarked on barre training as she really enjoyed partaking in classes.
She completed further training to work with women during pregnancy and postpartum, she knows how important it is to look after your body and return to exercise without feeling the need to jump back into full on exercise.

Since beginning my journey to practise at a young age, I have grown a home within yoga. Watching and allowing my practise evolve, morphing to support me within each present moment. This is something of which I aim to cultivate for others through my teaching practice
Loren | Barre Instructor
Loren has a background in dance and decided to combine this with her love of fitness to become a barre instructor. She loves the fusion of Pilates and Ballet that a barre class brings. She is great at making a flowing barre routine set to music that will keep you continuously moving and working hard from start to finish.
Loren believes barre is one of the best workouts you can give your body. It aims to improve strength, mobility, balance, and posture. It’s a full body workout that can cater to all levels of fitness.
Outside of barre class, Loren likes to mix things up with her training, whether that be cycling, swimming, running or going to the gym!
